This segment issues a broad portfolio of annuity and life products, including deferred annuities (indexed annuities and fixed-rate annuities), immediate annuities and IUL. This segment also provides funding agreements and PRT solutions. The company operates through its title insurance underwriters - Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Alamo Title and National Title of New York.
